The rhode peptide lip tint is designed for moisturizing and adding a subtle tint to the lips, with a buildable formula that can be layered. It can be used day or night, and even over lip liner. 

Apply with your finger or a brush and tap onto cheeks. Color is buildable, so tap on a little or a lot—however you like it. For a monochromatic look, apply to cheeks and lips. Avoid the eye area.
